Finely crafted glass

Daybreak, Laminated Solid Glass Sculpture

In a torqued shape, this sculpture reveals daybreak as you spin it on its turntable. It consists of a large piece of crystal-clear glass bonded with a smaller piece of clear amber glass. Why does it look green? That’s due to the blue glue joining the two pieces. A sand-blasted vine rises from the bottom.
